Strawberry & Banana Smoothie Ninja blender recipe
Summary: A really lush smoothie recipe, which has my two Favourite fruits, strawberries and bananas.
Ingredients
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 8 oz . Frozen Strawberries
- 12 oz . Fresh Orange Juice
- 4 oz . Frozen Strawberry Sherbet (optional)
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in your blender and put the blender on the pulse setting. Pulse into you have got your desired consistency!

Summary: A really nice smoothie, which actually tastes a lot nicer than it sounds.
Ingredients
- One Avocado which is peeled
- Half a cup of greek yogurt
- One Banana
- One cup of Almond milk
- One tablespoon of Vanilla extract
- Three tablespoons of honey
- Six ice cubes

Summary: A really nice smoothie with two of my favourite fruits.
Ingredients
- One cup of raspberry or strawberry yoghurt. (Which ever you prefer the most)
- Half a cup of full fat milk, (Whole Milk) USA: Red top, UK: Blue top
- One cup of full of frozen raspberries
- Three quarters of a cup with frozen strawberries
- Two cups full of crushed ice

- Blend for two minutes and you have your Raspberry & Strawberry smoothie.

Ingredients
- - ½ cup of fresh pineapple.
- - ½ cup of fresh mango.
- - ½ ripe of pealed banana.
- - ¼ cup of baby spinach.
- - ¼ cup of Kale with the stems removed.
- - ½ cup of coconut water.
- - 1 cup of ice.
Instructions
- - Well it is not rocket science, just add the whole thing into the 24-ounce Nutri Ninja cup and start the blending. It is preferable to start with the pineapple though.
- - Select the “Auto-IQ” Blend.
- - If you need the smoothie to be a little bit thicker than usual; add ¼ ripe of banana and 2 tablespoons of avocado. Moreover, if you added ¼ tablespoon of chla seeds it will give you the same effect. On the other hand, in order to make the smoothie thinner, you can add 2 tablespoons of green or chamomile tea, or you can use more coconut water (2 tablespoons).
- - Now after we discussed the viscosity of your drink, let`s see what we can do for adjusting its sweetness. Yacon syrup, Honey and Lucuma are the most common elements that you can use for that purpose. ½ tablespoon of any of them is enough to make your smoothie much sweeter.

- Well don`t expect me to start stating numbers, because most probably you will fall asleep while reading. All what I can say is that it this smoothie is rich in Sodium, Potassium and fibers. This recipe is considered to be one of the best ninja blender smoothie recipes.
